Do I need a doctor’s referral?

You do not need a referral to initiate treatment as Maine is a direct access state. However, having a referral is helpful when going through insurance.

What is your new patient procedure?

After you have reached out inquiring about services we will work together to set up a time for a consult either over the phone or through telehealth. This will allow us to meet and see if we are a good fit to work together. It also allows you to ask any other additional questions regarding services.

Where are services provided

Services are provided at the clinic. During each session I will go over what skills and activities are being worked on and some activities to work on at home
